PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE
Section 19. Advocate and Solicitor.
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 18 (2), an advocate and solicitor who is a muslim and has passed the interview or test for the Certificate of Peguam Syarie prescribed under the rules made under this Enactment is qualified to be admitted as a Peguam Syarie under section 18 (1).
