Section 108. Obstructing public servant in discharge of his public functions.

Any person who voluntarily obstructs any public servant in the discharge of his public functions, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
