MUSLIM WILLS (STATE OF MALACCA) ENACTMENT 2005

PRELIMINARY

Section 1. Short title, commencement and application.

(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Muslim Wills (State of Malacca) Enactment 2005.

(2) This Enactment shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong by notification in the Gazette.

(3) This Enactment shall apply only to—

(a) the State of Malacca; and

(b) persons professing the religion of Islam.
