Section 53. Request for opinion of Fatwa Committee.
If, in any Court other than a Syariah Court any question on Hukum Syarak calls for a decision, the Court may request for the opinion of the Fatwa Committee on the question, and the Mufti may certify the opinion of the Fatwa Committee to the requesting Court.
