PART II - OFFENCES
Section 44. Breach of Secrecy.
Any member, employee or officer of the Majlis who discloses or divulges any matter which is discussed by the Majlis without obtaining the written authority of the President, except to the Ruler or any other member, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
