PART II - OFFENCES
Section 41. Section Deriding officers of Majlis.
Any person who derides, contravenes or objects to the order of any officer of the Majlis or the Registrar of Islamic Schools, Pegawai Penguatkuasa Syariah or Pegawai Masjid in the discharge of his duties, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
