ADMINISTRATION OF THE RELIGION OF ISLAM (STATE OF SELANGOR) ENACTMENT 2003

MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM SELANGOR

Section 12. Termination of appointments.

The appointment of an appointed member of the Majlis shall terminate—

(a)

on his death;

(b)

if he, by letter addressed to His Royal Highness the Sultan, through the Chairman, resigns his appointment; or

(c)

if he has been absent from Malaysia, without the written permission of the Chairman, for a period exceeding six months.
