PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE
Section 28. Courts to be open.
(1) Subject to subsection (2), every trial or hearing III Court shall be held in public be open.
(2) A Court may, if it is satisfied that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, order that the whole of any prooeedings or part thereof shall take place in a closed Court.
