Section 47. Protection of certain officers.
For the purposes of this Enactment, members of the Majlis, the Fatwa Committee, officers or workers of the Majlis, Pegawai Masjid, the kariah committees of any mosque, guru agama bertauliah and penghulu shall be deemed to be public servants as defined by the Penal Code.
