PART II - OFFENCES
Section 11. Muqaddimah zina.
Any person who commits muqaddimah zina shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
