Section 3. Saving of prerogative.
Nothing contained in this Enactment shall derogate or affect the prerogative rights and powers of His Royal Highness the Sultan as the Head of the religion of Islam in the State of Selangor as declared and set forth in the Laws of the Constitution of Selangor, 1959.
