ENACTMENT NO. 3 OF 1982 ADMINISTRATION OF THE SYARIAH COURT ENACTMENT 1982
PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 1. Short title and commencement.
This Enactment may be cited as the Administration of the Syariah Court Enactment 1982 and shall come into force on such date as His Royal Highness the Sultan may by notification in the Gazette appoints.
Provided that His Royal Highness the Sultan may appoints different dates for the coming into force of the different parts of provisions of this Enactment.
