MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM SELANGOR
Section 40. Majlis may adopt regulations, etc..
In making any regulations under this Part, the Majlis may, with the approval of His Royal Highness the Sultan, adopt with such modifications as it deems fit any regulations, policies, circulars and directives enacted or issued by the Federal Government or State Government.
