PART II - OFFENCES
Section 16. Enticing other person’s wife and preventing married couple and from cohabiting.
(1) Any person who entices or causes another person's wife to leave the matrimonial home fixed by the husband shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both and the Court shall order the said wife to return to her husband.
(2) Any person who prevents a married couple from cohabiting as a legally married couple shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both and the Court shall order the married couple to cohabit again as a legally married couple.
