Section 3. Saving of prerogative.
Nothing contained in this Enactment shall derogate or affect the prerogative rights and powers of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong as the Head of the religion of Islam in the State of Penang as declared and set forth in the Constitution of the State of Penang.
