PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 1. Short title and commencement.
(1) This Enactment may be cited as the
Islamic Family Law (State of Penang) Enactment 2004.
(2) This Enactment shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong by notification in the
Gazette.
