EXECUTION OF WILL
Section 4. Proof of will.
(1) Subject to subsection (2), no claim regarding the validity of a will after the death of the testator shall be accepted by the Court unless it is supported by documents written or signed by the testator.
(2) Where there exists a substantial obstacle to obstruct the production of the documentary evidence mentioned in subsection (1), a will may be established by the oral testimony of two witnesses.
