Section 101. Tauliah of Pegawai Masjid.
(1) Every person appointed by the Majlis to be a Pegawai Masjid, including every person deemed to have been so appointed under subsection 100(5), shall be given a tauliah by the Majlis.
(2) Every Pegawai Masjid shall have such powers and duties as may be set out in the regulations made under this Enactment and in his tauliah.
