Section 45. Functions of the Mufti.
The Mufti shall aid and advise His Royal Highness the Sultan in respect of all matters of Hukum Syarak, and in all such matters shall be the chief authority in the State of Selangor after His Royal Highness the Sultan, except where otherwise provided in this Enactment.
