PART III - IMPOSITION AND GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ZAKAT
Section 17. Charge of zakat.
Subject to and in accordance with this Enactment, Zakat shall be charged for each haul upon the income or asset of every Muslim person accrued in Malaysia.
