Of Offences Relating To Property Of Majlis

Section 110. Unlawful occupation, etc. of Majlis land.

Any person who without lawful authority-

(a) occupies or erects any buildings on any Majlis land; or

(b) clears, leases, digs, encloses or cultivates on any such land or part thereof; or

shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
