Section 4. Saving of prerogative.
Nothing in this Enactment contained shall derogate or affect the prerogative rights and powers of the Ruler as the Head of Religion in the State, as declared and set forth in the Laws of the Constitution of the State of Perlis and the Federal Constitution.
