Section 73. Sanction to prosecute from Chief Syarie Prosecutor.
No prosecution for any offence under sections 4, 8, 9, 12 or 13 of the Syariah Criminal Offences (State of Penang) Enactment 1996 shall be instituted except with the sanction of the Chief Syarie Prosecutor.
