Section 6. Utterance of indecent words.
Any person who, willfully utters or disseminates any words which are contrary to Hukum Syarak and likely to cause a breach of the peace in any public place shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
