ENACTMENT 4 MUSLIM WILLS (STATE OF MALACCA) ENACTMENT 2005
GENERAL
Section 28. Hukum Syarak.
(1) Any provision or interpretation of the provision under this Enactment which is inconsistent with Hukum Syarak shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void.
(2) In the event of a lacuna or if any matter is not expressly provided for in this Enactment, the Court shall apply Hukum Syarak.
