PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM NEGERI PULAU PINANG
Section 29. Appointment of officers and servants of the Majlis.
(1) The Majlis may appoint or remedy such number of officers and servants as may be necessary to assist it in carrying out its function.
(2) The Majlis may, with the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, make regulations with respect to conditions of services of its officers and servants.
