PART IV - OFFENCES Of Offences Relating To Intoxicating Drinks and Gambling
Section 79A. Gambling.
(1) Any person who gambles or is found at a gambling place shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or both.
(2) For the purpose of subsection (1)—
“gambling place” means any premises, whether open or close, and includes a room, an office or a stall, which is used or maintained for gambling, whether the public or a class of the public has access to it or not.
