(1) No prosecution for offences under sections 108, 109, 110, 111, 112 and 117 of this Enactment shall be instituted except with the previous sanction of the State Legal Adviser.

(2) No prosecution for offences under section 49, 50, 51, 52, 55, 56, 71, 80 to 97, 100, 101, 104, 105,106 and 113A of and Enactment shall be instituted except with the previous sanction of the Chief Syariah Prosecutor.
