Section 1. Short title and commencement
(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Syariah Criminal Procedure (State of Penang) Enactment 2004.

This Enactment
shall come into force on a date to be appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong by notification in the
Gazette.
