Section 60. Registrars
His Royal Highness the Sultan on the advice of the Chief Syarie Judge, may appoint from amongst members of State public service or joint service a Chief Registrar of the Syariah Appeal Court, a Registrar of the Syariah High Court, and Assistant Registrars of the Syariah Subordinate Courts.
