PART II - OFFENCES
Section 12. Abetment of the offence of Muqaddimah zina.
Any person who abets the commission of the offence of muqaddimah zina shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
