PART V - GENERAL
Section 33. Matters not provided for.
In matters of practice and procedure in civil and criminal proceedings not expressly provided for in this Enactment or any rules made thereunder or in the laws relating to Syariah civil procedure, the Syariah criminal procedure, Muslim family laws or in the Council of Religion and Malay Custom Enactment 1996 [2/1966] the Court may adopt the practice and procedure for the time being in force in the civil Courts which may seen proper for the avoidance of injustice and disposal of matters in issue between the parties.
