ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION OF WILL
Section 19. Acceptance of part of will.
(1) Where a beneficiary accepts part of the will and rejects the other part, such acceptance shall be valid to the extent of the part accepted and invalid to the extent of the part rejected.
(2) Where some of the beneficiaries accept the will and some others reject it, such will shall be valid in respect of those who have accepted it and invalid in respect of those who have rejected it.
