PART VIII - POWERS OF MAJLIS
Section 37. Right of Majlis on the usufruct or benefit from the mawquf of a wakaf khas.
The Majlis is entitled to utilize any usufruct or benefit of a wakaf khas to defray all cost necessary or incidental thereto for the administration of the wakaf.
