PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM NEGERI KEDAH DARUL AMAN
Section 22. Minutes
(1) The Secretary shall keep the minutes of all meetings of the Majlis.
(2) At every meeting, the minutes of the previous meeting shall be read and confirmed, subject to any amendment which may be required.
(3) The minutes shall be entered in the minute book of the Majlis and shall contain a full verbatim record of every resolution made by the Majlis.
(4) As soon as possible after every meeting of the Majlis, a copy of the draft minutes shall be presented to His Royal Highness the Sultan, for his consent.
(5) If any amendment is made during the confirmation of the draft minutes, such amendment shall as soon as possible be presented to His Royal Highness the Sultan.
(6) No decision made in any meeting of the Majlis shall be acted upon until the minutes of the meeting have been confirmed and His Royal Highness the Sultan has signified his assent.
