PART XIX - EXECUTION
Section 141. Types of execution.
(1) An order for execution may direct the bailiff-
(a) to levy any amount of money to be recovered by seizing and selling the moveable property of the judgment debtor;
(b) to attach movable property of the judgment debtor in the possession or control of a third party, hereinafter called a garnishee, or a debt due by the garnishee to the judgment debtor;
(c) to seize and deliver to the judgment creditor any chattel ordered to be delivered by the judgment debtor to the judgment creditor;
or to do any two or more of such acts together or in the alternative.
(2) Every order for execution shall state by which one or more of the foregoing methods of execution is to take place and may specify any property concerned.
(3) A further order for execution may issue at the instance of any judgment creditor, if in respect of different property or different methods of execution from those set out in any current order for execution.
