PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM DAN ADAT MELAYU AND APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS
Section 13. Attendance of non-members at meetings of the Majlis.
(1) The President may invite any person who is not a member of the Majlis to attend any meeting of the Majlis if the business before the meeting makes the presence of the person desirable.
(2) A person attending a meeting under subsection (1) or (2) is entitled to participate in the deliberations of the Majlis but is not entitled to vote.
