PART VI - SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS Chapter XX - OF THE PENDAKWA
Section 168. Prosecution.
(1) Prosecution before the Mahkamah Rayuan shall be conducted by the Pengarah Pendakwa or any Pegawai Majlis expressly authorised in writing by the Pengarah Pendakwa.
(a) Pengarah Pendakwa; or
(b) Penyelia Agama not below the rank of Pegawai Majlis tingkatan biasa; or
(c) any person authorised in writing by His Royal Highness the Sultan.
