PART XVI - AFFIDAVITS
Section 109. Exhibits.
(1) Every exhibit to an affidavit shall be marked by the person administering the oath as follows-
"This is the exhibit marked"
referred to in the affidavit of .................................................................... sworn/affirmed before me this ............................ day of ................................ 19 .....................".
(2) Exhibits shall remain in the custody of the party, if he so desires, unless the Court shall otherwise order.
