Section 139. Disregard for day of great significance in Islam.

Whoever disobeys the lawful order of His Royal Highness the Sultan in respect of the commencement of Ramadan or Hari Raya Fitrah or Hari Raya Haji shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
