PART X - APPLICATIONS
Section 72. Oral application.
(1) The Court may in its discretion allow any application to be made orally on production by the applicant of an application form in the form provided and on payment of the appropriate fee for an application. In that event the application form shall be completed by the Court and filed.
(2) The Court may direct that notice of any such application be given to any other party or person.
