PART IX - PAYMENT INTO COURT
Section 63. Payment in.
(1) A defendant may pay money into Court in satisfaction of the claim or of any part thereof and may also pay into Court a sum of money in respect of costs.
(2) The defendant shall give notice to the plaintiff of the payment in and, where the payment in is less than the amount claimed, the notice shall state in respect of what it is paid.
