PART IX - GENERAL
Section 121. Repeal.
Parts I, II, III except sections 49, 50, 51, 52, 53 and 54, VI, VII, VIII, XIII and sections 231, 232, 233, 234, 235, 236 and 241 of Part XII of the 1982 Enactment are hereby repealed and shall ceased to apply in the State of Pahang:
Provided that all proceedings which have been instituted or anything duly done under the provisions hereby repealed shall be continued as if this Enactment has not been passed.
