GENERAL
Section 231. Repeal.
(1) Part X of the Administration of the Religion of Islam and the Malay Custom of Pahang Enactment 1982 [Enactment No. 8 of 1982] is repealed.
(2) Where any case or matter before any Court on the coming into force of this Enactment, the provisions of this Enactment shall
apply in respect of the proceeding of such case or matter to the extent that is causes no injustice.
