PART XXIX - MONIES, INVESTED FUNDS AND PROPERTY IN COURT
Section 222. Unclaimed funds.
(1) Moneys in Court and uninvested which are unclaimed after 6 years, and invested funds in Court which are unclaimed after 10 years, shall, unless the Court has notice of any pending claim thereto by an infant or person of unsound mind, become the property of Baitulmal and shall forthwith be paid to Baitulmal.
(2) If any claim be subsequently made to the money of fund Court may in its discretion pay the amount or value thereof to the claimant.
