Section 84. Safety of registers.
(1) Every Registrar sha11 securely keep the registers in his custody and if he is transferred or ceases to hold office he shall hand over all the registers to his successor or if his successor is unable for any reason to receive them, he shall hand them over to the Kadi Besar.
(2) If the Registrar dies the Kadi Besar in his capacity as Chief Registrar shall immediately take possession of the registers and note-books to be handed over to the successor of the deceased Registrar.
