Section 216. Summons and services.
(1) In addition to the original plaint, the plaintiff shall hand to the Court a copy thereof for each defendant.
(2) The Court shall issue a summons to each defendant and shall cause the same to be served on him with a copy of the plaint. The summons shall direct the defendant to appear to answer the claim at a stated place, date and time, and shall warn him that, in case of his non-appearance, the Court proceed to allow the claim in his absence.
