Section 227. Poor persons.
The Yang di-Pertua or any person to whom he may depute such powers, may in writing grant leave to any person to sue, defend or appeal in any proceedings as a poor person, and in such event the Court fees normally payable in respect of the proceedings in question shall not be payable by such person.
