Section 38. False declaration or statement for procuring marriage
Any person who, for the purpose of procuring any marriage under this Enactment, intentionally makes any false iqrar or statement, commits an offence and shall be punished with fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding one year or to both.
