PART III - BOARD OF MANAGEMENT
Section 5. Board of management.
(1) Every application for registration of an Islamic School shall be accompanied by an instrument in the prescribed form establishing a Board of Management for the school.
(2) The Board shall administer the assets and properties of the Islamic School on behalf of the Majlis.
(3) Every such Board shall consist of at least seven persons who shall hold such positions as may be necessary for any particular Islamic School and having such powers and duties as shall be prescribed by the instrument.
